I think Robin Williams said it best:

Robin Williams cracks me up.  I often have no sense of humor and don't find a lot of comics funny, but he always manages to come out with some great lines. Smiley

Robin Williams! What a great actor and comedian!

I saw in the last weeks 2 movies with him and he was in both movies "a bad guy".

"One hour photo" and "Insomnia". It is weird to see him in a bad-guy-act.

He has so much acting and comic talent, it be amazing.

I never met him in person, two friends did, one works at Disney World. Both told me the same thing, he be one of the nicest people to ever meet, absolutely no star ego trip at all.

Talent and humanity, gotta love it!

Robin Williams is a VERY talented man.  His humor has already made me laugh my arse off - but his acting talent almost amazes me more.

What a versatile man!

It's good to hear how unaffected he is by his fame.  That is how he comes across in interviews.  He just seems so funny, genuine and personable.

I haven't seen "one hour photo" yet but I did like the job he did in Insomnia.  He does seem to be one of those actors who just comes off as a genuinely cool and groovie sort of guy.  I'm not all that fond of Tom Hanks. I don't dislike him, he's just not one of my favorites either.  I don't know why. I've liked some of the movies that he's been in, but not because of him.

One Hour Photo is a very interesting movie - a very dark tale of obsession.  I enjoyed Insomnia a lot as well, and Al Pacino also did a great job in the movie.

I like Tom Hanks quite a bit.  He's another guy who has been in a lot of good movies.  I like a lot of his 'light' stuff, but Apollo 13 and Road to Perdition were very good - as was The Green Mile.

I'll always have a soft spot for Sleepless in Seattle.  Cute movie with a great soundtrack.

Road to Perdition I just couldn't get through..  I tried, I really did.. I wanted to like it, but just found it boring.  The characters didn't appeal to me.  I felt nothing for them whatsoever.

I liked Apollo 13, and I haven't seen The Green Mile, though I've wanted to.  Ladykillers looks funny, and I might wait for that one to come out on cable though before I see it.

Oh, Thren m'dear - yes, yes - you must see The Green Mile.  The series of books were awesome and they did a wonderful job with the movie.  You must check it out!

I too think The Ladykillers looks funny - hilarious as a matter of fact.  I want to see it too - right now - but I suppose I shall have to wait until it hits DVD or the movie channels.

Unless I get lucky.  That would be good...hehe.  Wink

I rarely get out to the movies anymore.  When I lived 15 minutes away from work, I would sometimes stop on the way home and see a movie. Now that I'm an hour drive away, it puts me home way too late to stop and see one on the way home.  I could go on the weekends but then I'm always spending all weekend catching up on the things I can't get done during the week. It's a vicious cycle!

I'm hoping to catch a flick soon though. Maybe this weekend.

I would like to see a movie this weekend too. My birthday is Saturday so ... dinner and a movie would be appropriate since I can get a seniors discount now.  :-/
