Ok,ok...yea pokemon screen name....but besides that....hmmmm, i didnt know there were others....heres a true story, and to let you know i am not living in any sort of institution, I live a normal life.
Those Quija boards......one day my friend and her brother were "playing" with one of them....that night my friend went to her cousins house, and brought the board with her...when they were done plating with it they tossed the board in the closet....that night, in the closet a small fire broke out, but we to this day dont know what from....it didnt cause major damage, just the closet and surrounding areas....but who knows....theres something about those boards,maybe related to witchcraft of some sort...but i would rather not find out...to all you, who think im crazy, this story is true i sware...from my experiences...i give you this....Quija boards, are not your average "toys"

Ok, when I was 4, I had chicken pox. Damn those things sucked. Well, I had my bedroom door open. It was around 12 o' clock at night. I'm very tired but can't fall asleep. I look through my door. The nightlight is on. But low and behold, Death was hovering above it! I was freaked out, but wasn't scared, I just stared at him. He has that knife thing wth the stick ad the black trechcoat with hood and all. It didn't look like a skelton, more like a ghost in human form. The freaky thing about the next day, was that my great grandmother dies. Was it a message or just an illusion cause of my sickness?

War against the mentally ill

Why do people claim they have lived in haunted houses? Why do people claim that God has spoken to them? Why do people suddenly and unexpectedly go berserk and commit violent acts possibly with guns? Why do people claim that they are being harassed with mind control devices or electromagnetic weapons?

A possible answer to these questions is that those people were targeted by America's Secret Police. This secret police force consists of private American citizens that operate above the law. I named this secret police force "UltraSonics" because of the types of weapons they use against the people they are targeting. UltraSonics has access to extremely advanced surveillance equipment, harassment technologies, and non-lethal weapons, which I thought were only available to special military and special non-secret police divisions.

UltraSonics mainly targets the most vulnerable members of our society, people with mental disabilities. UltraSonics uses sophisticated electronic harassment technology to manipulate, trick, and/or terrorize people with mental disabilities. The primary goal of UltraSonics is to force people with mental disabilities out of neighborhood communities and into mental institutions. This surveillance, harassment, and weapon technology is in the hands of private American citizens that are bound by no laws. Other members of a community that are viewed as a threat to their community could also find this technology used against them. A person's past history, current behavior, race, sexual orientation, attitude, and/or ideas could make them a threat to their community. The person targeted by UltraSonics can be a man, women, or child.

I was told that real estate companies and/or government agency called HUD (Housing and Urban Development) is funding UltraSonics. If HUD is funding UltraSonics, then local officials of HUD could be illegally diverting funds to purchase this technology.

I've been targeted by UltraSonics for over a year now. If you would like to learn more about UltraSonics, please read my story on the first link listed below. Hey all...this is my first time posting. Well, lately me and my twin sister have been doing some pretty *well* freaky things. Take today for example. I thought of a song, and it came on the radio. Then, I was doing some homework that required drawing a map and I thought "Jessica is going to need some of these color pencils soon." So, I was halfway down the steps when my mom screamed "CASEY! Jessica needs those colored..pencils.." and she paused when she saw the colored pencils in my hands. Now I would normally just chalk it up to common logic, but I do this like all the time, and not always with my sister. Like one time I was watching a crappy Mrecipe for cooking chupacabra that is both tasty and good for you, and I said outloud "I want to see 'Barely Breathing' by Duncan Sheik." Now, if any of you listen to the radio as much as I do, you'd know that this song is like 3 years old. Then suddenly the video came on WebRIOT! I was freaked out. In fact, I still am. What's your opin!

About this "voices in my head" thing. I start be saying that my friends and i joke around a lot by saying "i hear voices in my head", but i'll get to the point. i can't say i've ever heard a voice in my head, but, once when i was about ten, my parents left me at home alone. i was just sitting in the living room, playing and watching t.v. when some strange feeling came over me, and i could feel that i wasn't alone. i could make out a moving shadow on the wall. some thing was in the room with me, but i looked across the room at my mother's book case. she has like 20 or so bibles, and the shadow moved back and disappered. This is a true story, and it's one of the memories that will stay with me forever.

uhm, well, my sister isn't dead, but she came close. One winter, my sis got pneamona(spelling), and she was pretty much sick for a month. One of those nights, when my dad and i were watching t.v., my sis was in her room. she yelled for my dad cause some old, rugged car drove up into our drive way. my sis looked into the car and claimed to see a dark figure starring back at her. my dad looked out the window, but never said a thing. he got mad, and started for the door, when he stopped in his tracks, something wouldn't let him go outside. The car drove off, but that wasn't the weird thing. my sister said that as she looked out the window, she saw a man in a white suit walk up to our porch, and stand there until the car drove off. she didn't see the man in white walk away. we moved from that neighbor hood a couple months later, we found out that a family down the street was into satanism, and they hated everyone in the neighborhood. i should know, i knew the daughter.....

Wow... you've got some serious issues. First of all, Marilyn Manson is male, not female. Second, what defines a Satanic thing? Certainly your quote from Revelation does NOT clearly state what you say it does, that's merely your interpretation. And if you take that quote literally, anyone who has ever lied is going to burn in hell...that pretty much covers the majority of people on this planet. And thirdly, it's inappropriate and ignorant to tell someone that their mother may very well have Demons and to watch her...

Please, don't push your religious beliefs on anyone... there are many different religious philosophies in this world, and nobody can (or should) say whose religion is right and whose is wrong. For all we know, Christianity is a made-up construct and there is no Heaven or Hell.

One thing I have to agree on though is that Ouija boards are pretty creepy...

I have used Ouija boards, as a matter of fact I
own one. I know that sometimes it's fun to move
the pointer and scare the people you are using
it with, but it's not a good thing to do. I did
it once and later when i wanted to ask
questions,. we got the scare of our lives. We
asked some question about my friend becca and
it said that she would be murdered that night
by my cousin, after a little bit it added "in
love." for a while we got really scared. Thank
god it wasn't true

I had this really feaking experience in which i
thought there was the presence of a ghost. If
it was I'm guessing it was my grandpa who died
in my house 3 months ago. MY EXPERIENCE:::
I was sitting in my living room on my couch
studying for a test the next day when i
suddenly got really warm and started sweating.
I know they say cold is a sign of paranormal
presence, but that's usually all about bad/evil
spirits. My grandpa was a good man. anyways...
i thought i might be coming down with some kind
of fever or flu that i started sweating like
that so i went to my bathroom to get the
thermometer to take my temperature. It was dark
when I walked in the bathroom except for the
baterrie powered scale that is in there. It
seemed like it was glowing green in the dark.
as soon as i got both feet in the bathroom, it
turned off. I took my temperature and found out
i was fine and i had stopped sweating. If there
is anyone out there who can tell me what they
think or have a better idea of what this was

I hear voices sometimes. It sounds like the divine voice of a female calling my name. I'm wiccan, so it was suggested to me that perhaps it was the Goddess. I also see a purpleish haze coming from my closet all the time and I can not move until it goes away. Since I wear my pentacle at night, I think it wont hurt me. I know it sounds strange, but it's true.

I for the past 3 years have been dreaming things that were going to happen to me the next morning....the night before.
And it's not stupid stuff like going tothe bathroom. It's stuff like knowin a conversation I am going to have with someone word for word. No one believes me. They say that everybody gets deja vu but...it's different. Soemtimes it's not just me that is involved in my dreams. I've had dreams where I 've beeen watching things happen to other people...and it's not all nice. I can tell you that this started to occur reguarly after my grandfather passed away 3 years ago. I am frightened. I am scared. Help please!!! Anyone!

I am a firm believer that we as people seem to disreguard things that we don't understand. It seems as though if our minds can't comprehend something it never "really" happened. Oija boards are what one believes they are. If for example you believe in something such as ghosts maybe our minds attune themselves automatically to pick up on the signs of those energies. With the Ouji board I found that as long as I was contiously not trying to move the pointer....It didn't move. When I allowed it to move it did. Wheter it be psychological or supernatural..the experiece is what you take it as. With the onset of "New Age-ism" maybe we are discovering what has been here all along. Oija, tarrot, runes, etc. are the tools by which we have been told can contact that other side wheter it is the other side of our brain of the other side of consciousness is irrelevent.

Although I believe in spirits and the supernatural. If you are looking for a reason to help you sleep better at night.... Not too long ago I watched a show on the discovery channel (or one of those channels dedicated to giving you scientific reasons for everything) and they were talking about people who would wake up terrified and sweating and positive that they saw someone standing over them or sitting beside them and so on.... anyway they explained it by saying that when you are suddenly "shocked" out of a deep sleep that part of your brain is still dreaming and you where most likely dreaming of that "person" when you "woke up". That reality is distorted for a moment. I am not trying to press any opinions on you just passing on some info I learned from being a couch potato. I wasn't there you know!!!!! lol.... hope it's helpful.

Ever have a personality that....just didn't fit you?

As for me...I don't behave a all like people would think I would. When it comes to Astology I don't fit. While my friends fit there signs perfect...I don't ...and I think I know why.

As an infent I came near death. I ran a fever over 104 for 15 minutes. I was put in a tube of ice for 20 minutes and I didn't cry or move. I think that during that 20 minutes...I died.

Perhaps my soul isn't my own...and is in fact a soul that decided it wanted to live again.

As a child I was the most agreeable thing...and never displayed any signes of brain damage. In fact...I was very bright.

People who have met me say my aura is powerful..and I would think they were nuts... one of the "freaks" But my since of Deja Vu is a pain. A week doesn't go by were I don't feel it.

I'm sure that it's all in my head...but I can't help wondering.

but it dosent mean you will roast in hell if your saved, oh and posesion unlikly ive dealt with a case like this before. but back to the board my friend owned a board and tried to get me to do it but being who I am I wouldnt.He got all livid and keeped telling me it was no big deal so he talked me into watching him and his brother do the board and first thing they did was ask whom they were speaking to and slowly and terorfyingly it spelled out LUCIFER which as you know is one of SATANS many names. this freaked him out (thank god) so he burnt it I saw it with my own eyes. the next day there ot was no chare marks or any other things that would show that it was burnt.so idecide that we should do as much as posible to get rid of it i had heard from a friend that if you break the glass in the arrow. it broke and then we burnt the board ,it was back so finally we gave it to some goth friend of his brother and then no more problem.<>{

Have you ever told a person what their dream was? Or vice versa? I have. At least twice that I can remember. What is it... how can that happen? Surely, our minds are our own.

But where they connect aren't necessarily as private. Basically, what I'm saying is that when you're asleep, your mind, consciousness, soul, what have you, is without a doubt somewhere else. Common terms are "Astral Plane," "mindfields," and "dreamscape." Anyways, it could possibly be like a radio: there are certain frequencies for certain minds.

Perhaps, while sleeping, your mind turns the dial a little bit, and you find yourself as a bystander while a man argues with a goldfish. Or you turn it more, and your best friend is being chased by dobermans. Or perhaps, someone else is watching your dreams.

Everything is connected in some way. If you can find that connection, you can trace it to other places, other minds, other dreams.

Of course, this is all conjecture. It most likely is false. But I have seen my friends dreams; I have had mixed dreams, where both me and my friend had affected the outcomes and happenings; we discuss what happens afterwards, and my friends are always right on the mark. It probably is true. But that's for you to decide.

I my self have seen a ghost. I really couldn't make it out.. it was more of a haze then a figure. But I could tell it didn't belong...


It happened around 1 or 2 years ago... I was sitting in bed reading a book i need for class. I was interested in the book. (and no it was not a horror or ghost story) then it happened, I look up because I had thought I had saw soemthign move in the kitchen. (I was bunked in the living room due to the lack of rooms in the house) I thought it was one of my cats but when I looked up I saw the haze floating there... almost aimlessly in the doorway. I freaked and went into shock... I didn't move at all. After a bit it simply faded away.

I know it wasn't my sight, it hovered there for what I could have sworn was 3 or 4 minutes.

So to those who have seen a ghost, I'm with you.

I can tell you love them very much, risking your life for them(so to speak, in the dream you made the choice the risk your life). This is a good thing. It could be "just a dream", but I've had preminitions similar to that before and had bad things happen to me or those close to me, so watch out.

my friends and me were spending the night at my house and my mom told us this story about how about 50 years ago my great aunt had a baby that was dead at birth and she burried it in the orchid... where are house is now. my mom went to work for the night and we were the only one's home and we heard sounds like someone was walking through the house... but noone was in the house but us. We got really freaked out... the sound stopped for a while and we were taking pictures and when we got the film developed every picture taken had a big undeveloped, white spot in the background. And the next day we found the nipple to a baby bottle in my kitchen and there hasn't been a baby in the house for 14 years!

There is a point where reality hits the wall and we keep going. Once past the wall we see and learn things most shouldn't know. It is up to us to decide how we handle what we learn.

I have many gifts that have been put to the test in recent weeks. I think you need to relize they are always out there and always will be. "They" as we have named them must be there for us to to excist. a balence of life, good and evil, light and dark. This little fact doesn't do much to ease the trouble sleeper I know. Once you accpt the fact life doesn't get easier, from personal experences talking here, but you do find the ability to handle life better, or go totally nuts.
To a few goes the repsonciblity of many. not a fair trade but for the "power" goes the "responciblity"
Life for me and my little "coven" it is a daily struggle against "them" we fight for suvial and as long as we have belief in ourselves and our ablities we stand a good chance of surving another battle. the war, however, is never over.
But take heart to those other "warriors" who fight the war. You are not alone.

When I was about 13, my friends and I were playing outside in his yard. One of us noticed a round silver ball hovering in the sky. It wasn't just silver, it kind of had rainbow patterns in it. Like when you look in a puddle with a gasoline spill in it. The patterns moved around the sphere. Anyway, we watched it for about 15 mins. I found a pair of toy binoculars and tried to see it better but they were blurry. My friends mother came out and watched it also. It just hovered there about 100 ft. above us. She was so freaked that she called the radio station. They told her that they had a number of calls about the object and that they would check it out. Finally we got bored and I looked at my watch. It was 5:20 and I had to go home for supper. So I hopped on my bike and went home(a 2 min. ride). When I got home my parents started giving me hell for being late for supper.(usually at 5:30) I looked at the clock and it was 5 or 10 after six. Apparently it took me 45 min!
s. to get home. I never stopped on the way. I rode straight home, so why did it take 45 mins., I don't know. The next morning I went to my friends house to pick him up for school. We heard on the radio at his house that what we saw was just a weather balloon. Ya right! I never thought much about it until recently when I started hearing about the 'missing time' thing. I have been fascinated with space and aliens all my life, and I'm starting to wonder why.

I see many things around me at times. I see people around me, sometimes so clear I can tell you what they are wearing, or what color hair they have, but as soon as I look right at them, they disapear. But the wildest thing is, that most of the time a smell is associated with my sighting. One time I saw a little old lady and I got a faint yet very distinct smell of lilacs. A few months later me and my wife were looking at some old pictures of her family, and I got very excited when I got to this one picture, it was the lady I saw. It was then I told my wife about what I saw and smelled, she then told me the lady was her grandmother and that her favorite perfume smelled like lilacs. I never met the woman so I had no idea who it was until I saw the picture. Over the years I have had many sightings and smelled many smells, but never once felt threatened by any of them. Has anyone else ever had a specific smell associated with a sighting?

Strang Dream: Asking for Help :In the past when I was younger I had the feeling that I was being abducted and I had a dream once. This may seem very wierd but It did happen. The Dream: I woke up to a bang in my bed. I looked around for a second and looked down from my top bunk of the bunk bed and my brother wasn't there. I tryed to turn the light on but the power was out or something like that. I ran to my parents room to see if my brother was in there but he wasn't and needless to say neither were my parents. At that point I started to sceam for them and cry. Another huge boom went off and I saw through the window a light. Runing to the sliding doors in the living room I found the doors open and my family standing on the porch and watching something. Running to them they were mezmerized and I looked up at what they where watching. to my amazement I saw a few apache helecopters flying over our house and then I saw a disc shaped ship. The apaches fired once again and hit their !
mark this time. Trying to pull my family in befor the crash they just stood there. I ran inside and hid. After a few minutes I looked back out to where they where and they were gone with a green glow around my back yard and then the dream ended. I would like all of your oppinions and or thoughts on this little predicament.

My granny was sitting at the kitchen window, and saw a small casket float across the old wooden bridge coming up the hill which lead to the house.She knew then that one of the twins had died and she knew it was Barbara. If u read the story about my granny then u already know that Jess was Barbara's twin brother. Jess was a good man, when he didnt drink it seemed when he would drink it gave him a bad omen or demonic spirit. Jess lived by the sword and died by the sword. Heres some things to give u an idea of what Jess was like when he would drink. At a family reunion he sliced his brothers face up with an old time can opener, he threw beer bottles at all the children. He also got in a fight at the bar and bit a guys ear off. But Jess died tragically in a car accident. The person he was riding with hit a concrete culvert and jess flew out and the car eventually landed on top of him. There was no apparent reason for the accident, they werent driving to fast, it was a strait a way, and the weather was good.

Ok so ever since I can remember I have been going to my Family cottage in a Little town in Michagan called Whitehall. Now my uncles would always tell us kids different stories when we were younger about UFO's populating the sky's round there and I always thought it was all made up to scare us. But no more. My Cousin, My Brother, our 4 friends, and Myself have a Tradition of taking Midnight walks down the main highway to see how far we can get. But this last time we decided to go a Different route and lets just say we saw some pretty strange things. 1st. there was a bunch of people and there trailer homes set up in the middle of of a field and they were all getting drunk and singing loudly to some old Heavy Metal stuff. That's not wierd in itself, These people are TRUE hicks, what was wierd was they had Video equipment, and no Cheap stuff either, set up away from the trailers and the noise pointing up to the sky. I wondered what they were taping but I just shrugged it off and!
kept walking.
It's the second thing that freaked me out.
I SAW A UFO no kidding. I had stopped sometime after we had saw the Redneck Video crew to tie my shoe. For some reason as I stood up I looked up at the sky and saw it Darting back and for as if in some demented Dot-to-dot pattern for 2 whole mins.!It was blur, but as far as I could tell it was a Cigae shape, and it was pretty high up so Who Knows? As i was standing there with my mouth agape like an Idiot my cousin came up behind me and poked me and said "What are you looking at?" I looked at her and said "I saw a UFO."
"Bull. Where?" she replied
and I pointed to the sky and it was gone. POOF! just like that.
Now don't get me Wrong I Watch X-files and Use'd to collect everything I could on Aliens and UFO's. But I never really actually believed in them. Now I do and I am even starting to believe that My Uncles really saw them too.
Maybe I'll go find those Redneck with the Video cameras and see if they got it. But I dunno.... anyone with any Ideas? Or was it just my overreative Imagination yet again.

You do, I hope, understand that "Blair Witch" is a fictional movie. The persons who "disappeared" in the film are alive and well (I've seen them numerous times on talk shows after BW was released. They were told how to act and given thier motivation via slips of paper at various checkpoints. The "evidence" (bags, books, notebooks, etc.) was all made up by the directors to make people *think* it was real. In reality, the only true part of BW, and I'm not too sure about it's validity, is the fact that a women was exiled from a community in colonial times (and no, the community was not Burkittsville, nor did it change its name to Burkittsville later.)

I am glad I am not the only one who gets this creepy feeling. I just feel a presence staring at me! During the night I have this constant fear.It is terrrible! I had thought it was a heart too, but if it was teeth and a tongue, it would explain why he didn't talk. It was probably (or at least could be) an agoraphobic, child of the person who had gotten exiled to the woods. If the woods was all it had known and the person exiled had taught them to be afraid of any other humans because they were bad or something. A person left to live their lives in the woods can either go nuts or find peace. Depending on the person and whether they could adapt or not. But, I would probably have unnecessary fears if I lived out there all of my life, hearing strange noises and such. I would even probably be fearful of anyone else, I might even go mad too. The woods are so vast their could be a community of them out there.
I know I got off of the point. I don't think it could be Josh who killed them.
There had to be somone out there doing things to them just to screw with there head.

Yeah, the idea of Josh being the killer is just a theory of mine. There was, in fact SOME kind of weird ritual being performed in the woods, by people other than Josh. I certainly don't think Josh led the other 2 out in the woods with the intention of killing them. but then, we don't know why he willingly left the tent, do we? As far as Josh's heart, head, teeth... or whatever was wrapped in his shirt, there wasn't enough of it there to even identify WHAT it was, much less WHOSE it was...

There were murders performed in that same house in the 1800's, then in the 1940s or 1950's, then when Josh & his friends ended up there. Always, the killer turned intended victims to the wall, so they could not see what he was doing... A case could be made that there is an immortal force in the house or the woods, "maybe something in the air, or in the ground...", that can posess a person in order to commit the murders... The 'mythos' surrouding Blair Witch implies that people may become posessed-- The guy on death row from 'The Burkittsville 7' may also have been posessed & committed the murders he was convicted of.

I just wanted to point out that the idea was suggested by Haxan, and not an original idea of Tom Michaels.

You are absolutely right.

Neither you nor I can change the world. You can go down in flames trying though. It takes so much work just to survive, why bother being good, just getting by is a feat in itself. You would have to be one of those special people that have that extra oomph or somthing to make a difference in this world. It is actually hopless to think the world is going to get better.

I get by, by looking at things like this. If I could make a difference in at least one persons life; what would it take?

The mind is a very powerful thing. Do you control your mind or does your mind control you? Use your intuition. Next time it happens, use self hypnosis to put the fear away. The fear will keep you from learning.

Then being your journey. You will really have to rely on you intuition, but it will help you hone any psychic abilities you might have. Fear can keep you from using intution. Step outside of your body and walk in spirit towards wherever you think the ghost might be. You don't need to be afraid because you are stronger then it is. If you are not afraid then it will know that you are the one in control.

im sitting here at work with little to do due to a computer meltdown. being as i am in charge of the computers here, i figured id take a break while everything was getting fixed and send out some thoughts.

Greetings all from someone who actually lives & works near Burkittsville MD. There is such a place, it is a little podunk town that *may* have a stoplight by now, & parts of the BWP were filmed in the woods there. How anyone could get lost in that tiny little woods is beyond me, but that defeats the purpose of the story. The old house shown in the movie is currently in process of being put on the historic registry list.

The town is situated on or near what used to be Blair Village. However, I am not aware of any stories of old women being outcast from the community. There are plenty of stories like that everywhere, not to mention real life instances of people being outcast or ostracized--take a look at any reference material on Salem MA for the easiest examples.

I am looking fwd to seeing the new movie, & finding out if they have improved on the original.

litlred, thats pretty much how I see it too. It's kind of like the Force, only more subtle. I believe when we die we are all recycled into this. The physical form is also recycled, by decomposing, and feeding plants. All living things are connected in an energy cycle. I'm not saying reincarnation, necisarily (sp?), but a part of us does go on to become one with a greater force. Am I getting to far out?
