I can't wait to see it. I'm having problems with my computer. When I try to see the gallery it just locks on download and now I hear a fast clicking sound like a little ball on a paddle and I can't make it stop. This is what I get for having dial-up ANOL (America not on line). :-/ I had to shut down to get rid of the clicking, now I'm a little nervous about trying it again. What should I do?  

Awhhh, EO dear - I know the AOL dilemma because I had that service a while ago.  I really wish you would forsake them for a DSL service.  You'd be amazed at how sweet it is.  But that's your call....

Well, here's my dilema. I already have DSL service through BellSouth but it's in the upstairs computer, and yeah, it's really fast but I'm not allowed to use it. Now I've had AOL for over 5 years and I don't want to lose my screenname because what if someone I haven't talked to in ages decides to email me and I'm gone.  ???Also, all my Blair Witch sites, all 20+ of them I keep safely stored in my "favorite places" will be lost forever. But I guess I can always rebuild..it'll take time...

Well one thing you can do is copy all your web site stuff to your local hard drive. Then depending on who owns the DSL upstairs you could get a wireless router to connect the dsl line to up stairs then plug the computer up stairs into the back of the router. Then all you need to do Is get a wireless pci card for your computer downstairs and walla. Instant dsl access. That of cource is asuming that the person that has the DSL line will let you use it. SO why cant you use the DSL upstairs?? Are you renting? or are they your parents?? Just wondering. Talk to you soon.

You could tell people by email that your email was changing to....and you could tell keep AIM and your current AIM screen name there, correct?

Oh cool! That's a great idea about forwarding email messages! Thanks Luna, I think I can handle that! And thanks FilmDirector S.A.M. for suggesting I copy all the sites to my hard drive. Duh! Why didn't I think of that. I need to buy 'puters for dummies!

To answer your question S.A.M., I own the DSL access upstairs, in fact I own the upstairs including the rest of the house.   I am being ever so kind to my roomie because she's very nice to me and helps me with my pics. Like I said, I really need 'puters for dummies.   I would have no problem getting DSL, that's not the issue. The issue is separation anxiety. I think that's what I'm suffering from

Well if I were you I would do the wireless thing then everyone in the house could share the dsl and you could have computer access anywhere in the house. which is cool. If you have a laptop you could go outside in the back yard and work on the puter. I love wireless its a wonderfull thing. HEHE If you needed help with the wireless stuff I could help you with that if you needed me too its not all that hard.

Shane? Oh man what a cool name!! Is that really your name? God, I wish I would have dated a Shane in school. Anyway, sorry about that...thanks for offering your help, that's very nice of you Shane. I think I'll be alright setting up an additional DSL line. Although I don't see why I have to pay like $150. for installation and a modem or something. I really have to look inot my options and not get ripped off here.

Now, I always wanted a laptop but I would not be outside with my laptop, no way, it's already too hot to be outside, it's in the 80's.   I'd probably be on my comfy chair with my legs propped up and assorted snacks at my reach and with the nice A/C cranking away and a good movie on tv. That's life
