Hey Shane! Â Is it okay that I call you Shane? Â (I'm Vickie or Luna. Â I'll answer to anything - ha!) The web design for The Strand was done by our very own bluedaniel (aka Dan Karcher). Â Blue Animation Studios is going through a wee upgrade right now, but when it comes roaring back - you'll need to check it out, too. Dan is one talented Flash Pimpdaddy muther, to put it mildly. Â And he did an excellent job for The Strand. Â Glad that you like it as much as I do! He also has many pies in the oven and you'll start hearing all the updates shortly. It's a very exciting time around here! |

I've looked at the site and it's an absolutely kickarse site. But I don't know ab0ut this series. From what I've seen in the trailer, it looks too much like one of those reality shows, I can't stand those. And not one of the people in there seemed likeable. But that's just my opinion. It doesn't even really matter because I won't be able to see this show anyway. But the website is undoubtedly cool.  |

It's a shame you won't get to check it out, Muse. Â :-/ I'm not a huge reality show fan either. Â Survivor is my only current reality show vice. But I do think The Strand looks intriguing. Â And I'm not sure it'd be classified as a reality show per se because these folks are actors. But it does have that look and feel.... Â I'll definitely be checking it out. And yes, the website rocks! Â I love the music, too. |

I do realize it's not an actual reality show. I know they're all actors. But it seems to be set up like one, and that's what I don't like. Also like I said before, I didn't find any of the people in the trailer the least bit sympathetic. Not even the woman who cried because she lost $80 in that card game - I just think she was stupid to try. But since I live in Holland and I won't be getting it anyway, my opinion on this is moot. I might check out the website every once in a while though, if I remember to. |

I've been checking out the site and I have to say that the series looks interesting. I'd give it a shot and see what its like based on what I've seen. The photo gallery makes me a bit ill though with the pictures constantly moving. Clicking and holding the mouse button seems to slow them down but doesn't stop them. Makes me kind of nauseous. The chat also comes up in orange on a whilte background which is impossible to read (there was no one there, but I thought I'd check it out) Other than that, the site is great. I loved looking through it and the boards are groovie. The behind the scenes material is great and the front page is very very good. I'm definitely interested to see more. |
