I found a few episodes of Freaky Links yesterday. So on Thanksgiving I pulled out the tapes with four Freaky Links episodes on it.  I was thinking this was a really good show, but when is going to come out on DVD? Smiley  I will really like to see this show come out on DVD so I can have all of them.  I hope someone can answer this question for me.

Thanks

Howdy there Freakylinks_fan, and welcome to our little patch of Freakdom!

FYI and in case you didn't know, the Haxan folks have been kind enough to bring back an archive of the FreakyLinks website and you can check it out here.

As for DVDs of everyone's favorite show about the paranormal, (No, not In Search Of....) your guess is as good as ours. Who knows what thoughts float through Fox's skeevy little mind. Whatever they are they haven't indicated anything about DVDs.

Edain had the most recent thoughts on the issue, here.

In antother thread, somebody mentioned that maybe Freakylinks has a shot at a dvdset, because the Lone Gunmen series was coming out.

When you think about it-- Lone Gunmens' ratings ended up to be about the same as Freakylinks' ratings.

So maybe there's a shot.

I really didn't like the Lone Gunman show all that much. I loved the X-Files.  But  I think they should put Freakylinks on DVD it was a great show. Again I really don't like Fox a lot of there show suck expect for "24".

The only times I liked 24 was when that wonderful villain Stephen Saunders was on there. I loved him. I wish he could have stayed on. Damn them for shooting him! He death was so small....made to be so unimportant. I LOVED HIM!!!!

I do hope that Fox realizes the error of their ways and puts this on DVD.  I have written two letters to them with no response.  You know one day I will be looking at DVD's in the store and run across it.....(i hope).

maybe we can get a petition going?? like before to get the last few episodes of freakylinks to be aired.
if we get enough people to sign it, maybe they'll realize how many fans there still are and how many more they could get.

Me neither, because how would we get word out about the petition? I think most of the freaks are right here on this site, and that's not enough, even if we were to give it to our friends and family to sign..UNLESS....we forward it through e-mails...forwards go to many places...MANY places...maybe we'll even make the news!

I'm getting my hopes up now...but what IS the harm in trying?

none, i suppose.  Unless there's some anti-Freaker out there who hurts people for trying to get DVDs made...

Someone should sticky a thread about Freakylinks and its DVD status.

Thanks Bunky. Sadly they're all bootlegs (which can be a good thing if you don't have copies to begin with). Hopefully we'll actually see them on DVD before Social Security kicks in.

I hear you Shadow, but when social security does kick in, then there won't be enough to even buy the damn thing.  Tongue
