Hey Guys,
I see it's been dead basically all of June, and now it's July! First off, just wanted to stop by to say that I am still working tirelessly on getting FreakyLinks.TV back up and running. Still working on getting the video to play properly... but I have faith it'll get done.

Secondly, I've been away trying to find a job. Hence why it's been so rare for me to be on here. Still nothing, but constantly searching. I need to find something before the beginning of September to keep the FLTV url. So keep me in your prayers if you are religious. If not, it's cool.

I am saying this now. Everything will be up and fully functional by September 1, 2012. I am saying this because I will be trying to get work, as well as working on the site in my off hours. I am know by 9/01 everything will be working. I could use some episode recaps and synopsizes for the site if anyone is interested.

Sorry it's taking so long,
FC

Yep, pretty dead around here.  Undecided

Even Chiller has forsaken us for the months of June and July. I hope that's not the end of their deal.

Extreme heat and weather aside, it's been a lot of the same for me.

Keep up the good work on the site, FC!

I'm almost done with the coding for all of those episodes. Then I just have to deal with making up some graphics to go with them and I'll be good.

Embarrassed Hi guys. Freakylinks-wise it really has been a sad summer hasn't it? I haven't given up hope though. I can't wait to see what the new Freakylinks.TV looks like FC, I hope your plans haven't changed.

I'm sorry I haven't been on in forever. Things have been rough, but I finally asserted myself to my bosses to give me a full-time position as a Night-shift Supervisor. I've been on probation for a month now, & I'm praying God-willing that they will finally make it official. I desperately need the hours and the money.

FC, I don't know how things have been going for you since your last post, But you ARE in my prayers. Actually ALL OF YOU are in my prayers Kiss  These are sad, trying, and often scary times we are living in. I pray that everyone here is doing okay, and are managing as best as possible. Hope the board springs back to life soon.

Hey Garnet!

Good to hear from you! It is terribly lean times around here and for FreakyLinks in general. I'm sorry that Chiller has seemingly dropped our monthly marathons and, it would seem, the show all together from it's schedule. (Honestly, Chiller has dumbed right on down like SyFy and I rarely tune in to them anymore.)

I was thinking the other day how the paranormal must have finally hit a cultural saturation point. There's just nothing about the paranormal, much less the horror genre, that gets my blood pumping these days. Movies, TV shows, etc. --- all of them, right now feel like I've been there and done that. Vampires are passe' and zombies too numerous these days. Still there are some old classics to fall back on. (The Entity came back to DVD this summer.) Maybe it's just me but I feel burned out on bad paranormal.

As far as the summer goes, it's been pleasant but it sure disappeared quickly. I travelled some but not near as much as I'd have liked.

I really do think it would be cool if one day a majority of us freaks could meet up in Florida for a mini-con of our own.

I guess we've all got Halloween to look forward to. I noticed some of the Dollar Tree stores have already put out some of their decorations.

I hope everyone else is doing good as well. Sign in and post at least so we still know you're alive. (I'm guessing DiB is married by this point. Where's my damn invite?) Keep in touch, freaks.

Hey Freaks, Mondo Strange is still around. Been having a pretty cool summer so far. Went to my first Comic-Con in July and met a ton of celebs in the comic, movie and artist fields. It was a blast. Work for me is picking up in my field so I am hella busy right now. I keep tabs on all this freakylinks often..he he..I even still do searches on ebay once in a while (never know what might come up). I have been thinking about purchasing the domain name Freakylinks.com from the company who buy it some time back. They have it for sale. I will keep you posted on what comes about.

That's it for now!

My Lord, have I been absent from the boards this long? Okay, so here's the update. I have all of the videos ready for streaming. I'm just trying to finish the flash page in order to have everything ready. I'm looking at another 10 days until it's launched. But it WILL be ready for the masses on September 13. I was thinking about making it the 6th of October, just as a nod to FreakyLinks though. What do you all think? I'm still looking for episode summaries. I sent a message to Dib, but alas, to no avail have I heard word one back. I think married life is taking up more time than he thought.

Garnet, thank you for your prayers. If it is towards what I think it is towards, I finally found a job. Now I'm working 7-3 at a hotel near me. I'm only a month in- still on probationary scheduling, full-time- and they already have me training people... some misplace trust I imagine. Ha ha.

Mondo, didn't we go down that road before? When I contacted them I was quoted at $25k.

Sorry I have been away for so long, guys. I will have everything ready by the 13th for launch, but I think I will leave it to you all to decided yay or nay on the 13th or 6th.

Good to see that most of us are still alive. Cheesy That's great news about the website, FC! Honestly, I'd hold off until October 6th. There's no need to rush and that'll give you time to give it a double check. (Hmmm, episode summaries, you say?)

Very cool news on the convention, Mondo! I've only been to a few but they are definitely a blast!

Speaking of eBay searches, this turned up on there a while ago--- It's not one I need but you, my fellow freaks, might be interested.

Keep us updated on the FreakyLinks.com domain name, Mondo.

Fox still holds the rights to the show. They are still holding on to the freakylinks.net domain name.

Well, alright then, how about this - it's Halloween, so all things Freaky are out and about.  Anyone doing anything interesting?  Got a cool costume idea?  Freakylinks marathon?

I guess we should continue this Halloween conversation over here with our annual Halloween thread.

Poor dead board.  Cry

Hey. I never really posted too often, but I was a HUGE Freakylinks fan!! And, used to frequent the boards here often. Anyway, just had a hankering for the show...and wondered, if by miracle, it had finally been released on dvd..but guess now.

But, it is GREAT to see that you guys are still around.

Hurdy Gur, (GOD it's been soooo long since I've said that!)
