Attention all Blair Witch and Freakylinks fans! What lays in store for you with SEVENTH MOON is all that you have wanted from Haxan and pa-lenty more.

After a conference with the gang as to the next phase in the filmsite (which promises to be the mother of all haxan filmsites, this I guaran-fucking-tee), Lord Compton sent the assets I'll need to make this possible, hundreds, if not thousands of images and the current screener.

It will take some time to sift through and edit the static images of course. That said, I took the opportunity of much savoured time, late at night, kicked back with a shot of Jaeger, feet up on the coffee table, head cozy into the great-couch and clicked "play" on the DVD in full surround sound.

I'd long since read the script, a good year ago, and all the while have been in contact with the mothership as to the status of production, post-production et al.  But now that it's all coming together, with a comp disc to review for site needs, I cannot emphasize enough how much you all are going to trip when you experience SEVENTH MOON.

I initially sat to take notes, which is something I always do when preparing a filmsite: I'll review the treatment or script, await (or take if on location) stills, gather sound and more.  Then, when a working disc is ready for review I'll sit and watch it in its entirety alone.

After I digest it all, I'll reload the DVD and proceed to not watch it, but listen to it, again in its entirety.

Then a third round, this time watching and listening of course, where I'll take notes throughout.

After that I simply head to the studio, sit at the ol 'puter and proceed to... throw up (figuratively speaking).

The result of that becomes the filmsite.

There's so much vomit in the case of SEVENTH MOON, I may need to fetch the local plumber.  What Ed, Gregg, Rob and Matt (and a score of others, a huge crew) have assembled is something I believe every Blair Witch fan has been waiting for since... Blair.

That said, hang in there as the fellas work out the fine, and final, details of what promises to be the film you've expected from the folks who brought you The Blair Witch Project, nothing less than brilliant in this humble Haxananite's opinion.

Moreover - stay tuned for a complete site overhaul.  What was put online was simply a portal to all things SEVENTH MOON whilst in production.  The actual filmsite is now underway, and if I can do 10% of what Ed and co. have done, then I've done my job well.

Haven't seen Karcher this excited since I let him watch all of the BLAIR WITCH raw footage!

I haven't seen him this excited since he was left alone with a fifth of Jaeger, a can of Reddi-Whip, and the neighbour's sheep......oh, oops, wait. Wrong post.  Tongue

In all more or less seriousness, though, it's fascinating to finally get a peek into the process that leads up to the "vomit."

Cool,  I'll definitely be looking forward to the new and improved site... minus vomit, of course. Wink

Love the site! The light from the cellphone is a Karcher-classic.

I loved the cell phone light.  That's totally how I find my way around my bedroom at night when the BF is already asleep.  *laugh*
