After a party searching for Robin Weaver disappeared, a second party was sent out to find them. The party pictured above found the disemboweled bodies of the original search party tied hand to foot on Coffin Rock and went back to town for help. When they returned, the bodies had disappeared. To mark the mysterious occasion, this picture of the second search party was taken.
